By purchasing the Heal My Hernia™ 30-Day Protocol you are entering into a private contract with Alexander E. Phelps, also known as Zander Phelps, and any direct associations of the products or services provided through Heal My Hernia™ (healmyhernia.com) and Zander Phelps Coaching, and agree to the following:

1.  You are at least 18 years of age.

2.  Alexander is not a medical professional and does not offer any medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or recommendations.

3.  Any information shared, by Alexander E. Phelps and any of his associates, through the Heal My Hernia™ name and framework, or outside of it, whether on social media, websites, the Heal My Hernia™ 30-Day Protocol, courses, blogs, products, interviews, etc., is purely for informational and educational purposes.  Any personal coaching services provided to you directly are also for informational and educational purposes only.  Any advice or recommendations are solely the personal opinion of Alexander E. Phelps provided for informational consideration only.  

4.  You are responsible for your health choices and personal decisions.  You acknowledge that participating in any kind of physical or health related activity or treatment involves risk of injury, illness, death or loss, regardless of the nature of the activity.  You hereby assume all risk involved in any choices and decisions you make and actions you take in relation to any information shared through any avenue by Alexander E. Phelps, Heal My Hernia™ and his associates. 

5.  You acknowledge and agree that any information posted in the 30-Day Protocol Course, in the Materials, or on the Website is not intended to be medical or therapeutic advice.  You agree that your participation in the Course is at your own risk.  We do not assume responsibility or liability for any advice or other information given in the Course, in the Materials, or on the Website.

6.  Alexander Phelps and Heal My Hernia™ make no warranties or guarantees of any nature on any of the information shared in the 30-Day Protocol or through any other avenue.

7.  By purchasing the Heal My Hernia™ 30-Day Protocol you will be provided access to it by logging into healmyhernia.com with the email and password that you have created during checkout.  Directions are provided in the registration confirmation email for logging into the website where you will be able to access the course content which includes pdf downloads and online videos.  It is your responsibility to contact us by email at [email protected] asap if you are unable to login.  

8.  Alexander E. Phelps, Heal My Hernia™ and any associates are not liable for any failure to deliver or perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of civil authorities, acts of military authorities, riots, embargoes, acts of nature and natural disasters, and other acts which may be due to unforeseen circumstances.  Any temporary failures to provide the service due to technical difficulties or otherwise will be remedied as soon as reasonably possible.  You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you are unable to access the online course and a refund will be issued and your membership and access to the 30-Day Protocol will be terminated.  Otherwise all sales are final.  

9.  All content provided in the Heal My Hernia™ 30-Day Protocol is copyrighted by Alexander Phelps.  You are granted permission to stream and view the online content for personal use only.  You are granted permission to download the resources provided and print for your personal use only.  No other use of the product and information provided is granted.  You may not copy, reproduce, create derivative works or distribute any of the visual, verbal, written or informational content offered in the 30-Day Protocol Course and Members Area.  

10.  Privacy Policy:  Your personal information such as name, email and billing address will never be sold or shared with other businesses, individuals or the public and is kept confidential for the purpose of our business records and delivering our products and services to you.  

Alexander E. Phelps and Heal My Hernia™ reserve the right to display, promote and use any personal information, photos or videos voluntarily shared and submitted for testimonials on the website.  Private feedback will be preserved for internal business communications and not shared publicly.  Other data gathered through the website such as multiple choice surveys, ratings, course completion, etc., may be used for data aggregation for evaluative purposes and will remain anonymous if published on the website or shared publicly offsite.  

Any personal information shared privately with Alexander E. Phelps and his associates will only be used for the purposes of fulfilling the services offered through Heal My Hernia™ and Zander Phelps Coaching.
